2 large bedrooms (each has ac unit) with 2 full bathrooms, plenty of closet and storage space, safe in each bedroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen with new appliances, living room (with ac unit) with a dining set for 6, flat screen TV, and plenty of sitting space. Grilled porch with outside seating.

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom , its newly updated ,modern home with walking distance or short drive to Hip Strip, beach , supermarket, restaurants , Starbucks, herb houses. Semi-gated community : security comes at 6 PM (18:00) and leaves at 6 AM (6:00).
Be advised that it is a privately owned house not a hotel.
